It's probably an ingrown hair or stops, until the gland. If pain is not always very clear and squeezing to see how the infection can spread inside. In a few days can make a head, put the warm, damp towels to clear it, to help the infection and try to open it happen on your own. Sometimes it helps to sit in a hot bath to open it. When it opens, get the infection to be really clean, or you could have a staph infection contract. It should heal completely within a week after the opening.
