On 23 August last (seemingly) Miley Cyrus was shopping with her mother and Emily Osment. She wore a dress that is short enough, I suppose, blue and white, and was in many places. It was one of those dresses that are tight at the bottom. He had those blue sneakers with her .... please (if known) tell me where you do it, because he is so cute!
