A doctor is a blood test, although it may be that this winter was so cold that were not exposed to the sun for the vitamin. "D" I would like to see a doctor about the level of sugar in the blood. Diabetes is a murderer and has reason to worry.
Forget to eat the doctor, go buy strawberries and many of them in the fight against the tide in their title.
